The information spread on some social networks in Armenia that the city of Khankendi was shelled by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces from the Grad missile and artillery complex is completely false, Trend reports referring to Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense.
"We categorically refute the information," the message reads.
