The end of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia is a highly successful example that fosters optimism throughout the entire OSCE region, Elina Valtonen, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland, OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, told journalists.
According to her, the agreements reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia are a step forward, representing one of the key achievements of the OSCE attained this year. "I have had the opportunity to visit both countries and familiarize myself with the peace process. We always maintain productive relations with both countries. The OSCE is ready to provide any support regarding the issues currently being discussed between the parties."
