During the EU-Central Asia summit in April, the participating countries reached an agreement to accelerate the development of the Middle Corridor, said António Costa, President of the European Council, in an interview with Silk Way TV of Kazakhstan.
The President of the European Council underlined that the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia opens up new opportunities. “This opens up significant prospects for the full development of the Trans-Caspian route, connecting Asia and Europe and extending toward the Black Sea,” he noted.
