Trump criticizes Zelenskiy: He doesn't want to end the war
U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenskiy does not want to end the war, noting that Ukraine is targeting Russian diesel refineries and harming global markets.

U.S. President Donald Trump made statements on his social media account regarding Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenskiy and the Russia-Ukraine war. Sharing that the negotiation process is ongoing, Trump said, “My decision on Russia is very simple. I am conducting peace negotiations in the war between Russia and Ukraine and I do not want to do anything foolish that would push Russia away from the negotiating table. Great progress is being made, and this includes the current hostage negotiations! Signing the document in question right now would lead to this; I can sign it later or whenever I want.”

'RUSSIA IS NOT HELPING IRAN'

Touching on Russia's relations with Iran, Trump stated, “Perhaps more importantly, Russia is doing very little, if anything, to help Iran, contrary to what it could do. I want to keep it this way and will keep it this way as long as foolish people do not interfere.”

'TWO YEARS AGO, HE COULD HAVE MADE A BETTER DEAL THAN HE CAN NOW'

Criticizing Ukraine's attacks on refineries in Russia and Zelenskiy, Trump continued his statement as follows:

“Zelenskiy targets diesel refineries in Russia, knowing that these attacks seriously harm global diesel markets, including the U.S. Farmers, ranchers, and all kinds of businesses are greatly harmed by this, yet Russia continues to send millions of barrels of diesel to the world at low prices. Zelenskiy does not care about this and frankly, with what Europe has given him and all the money fake Joe Biden has given in the past, he does not want to end this war, probably never did. Two years ago, he could have made a better deal than he can now. His country is in ruins, much of its land is lost, its seas and oceans are gone, its male population has decreased, been injured, or killed. I want this war to end!”
