“The 13th Global Baku Forum will focus on finding solutions to the disputes that characterize today’s world. We need to be better prepared to analyze potential conflicts and natural disasters worldwide,” Boris Tadic, former President of Serbia and Board Member of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center (NGIC), told AZERTAC.
He described the possibility of nuclear war as one of the gravest risks to international security, emphasizing that these issues should be high on the agenda of international organizations, including the UN.
“When we started the Global Baku Forum, the world looked very different. At that time, we could not have anticipated that conflicts and wars would engulf so many parts of the world,” Tadic added.
