Brotherly Türkiye has kicked off preparations for COP31. Azerbaijan is ready to provide comprehensive support to the brotherly country in this process. The special edition of the World of Diplomacy journal provides special opportunity to remind the states of their obligations ahead of COP31, Yalchin Rafiyev, Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, COP29 Lead Negotiator, told AZERTAC.
According to him, the journal focuses on the latest developments in Azerbaijan’s foreign, as well as global policy. He noted that the edition highlights views and activities of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov.
Rafiyev added that Azerbaijan had already handed over the COP Presidency to Brazil, adding that now is the time to once again to mention and review Azerbaijan’s contributions to the COP.
