EU High Representative Kallas: Russia to be listed for money laundering, Iranian Revolutionary Guards to be added to terror list
European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas announced that Russia will be listed for money laundering to prevent it from financing the war, and that she expects the Iranian Revolutionary Guards to be added to the terror organization list.
