The statement noted that there are no plans to impose restrictions on mobile internet on May 7-8 in the capital, stating, "Instant restrictions may be imposed in case of emergency security threats. Security measures will be taken for the Victory Day celebrations on May 9. Access to mobile internet in Moscow, including SMS sending services to 'whitelisted' sites, will be temporarily restricted."
